Does this version of SimuLase_Designer, AlInGaPAs-Version, Single User License allow to calculate gain / absorption profile for an MQW structure for different carrier concentration , bias, temperature? Is this included? Thank you
The SimuLase_Designer software does not include microscopic many-body models required to calculate the optical spectra and/or carrier losses. For this, you would need the full SimuLase license. Let me know if you would like any information on the SimuLase software. We do offer a free one month evaluation license wth full capabilities if you are interested in further exploring its capabilities.
Could I get a trial with all the features unlocked? I’ve been trying out your SimuLase trial version, but the available materials are limited. For example, I’d like to work with materials like InGaAs to build layers and simulate spectra, reflectance, strain, and other properties.Thank you
